Dash Snow at The Brooklyn Museum
Brooklyn Museum give us a peek into a new exhibition from their Contemporary Collection, set to open in August.Below is some art work from Dash Snow, an artist based in New York City best known for his sculptural installations, collages, and photographs. Snow’s photographic work is in a thematically similar mode to photographers Nan Goldin, Larry Clark, Ryan McGinley and Richard Billingham, often depicting scenes of a candid or illicit nature.

Brooklyn Hip Hop Festival
Yes the Brooklyn Hip-Hop Festival is almost here and it’s another year of Hip-Hop celebration, music and culture. With past years performances of Hip-Hop’s legacy as Ghostface Killah, Lupe Fiasco and Big Daddy Kane I am sure this year it will be dope! (The official After Party will take place at Southpaw and the Photo Exhibit will be held at Galapagos Art Space)
